Contrary to some of the reviewers on here (who don't know the first thing about roofing or construction for that matter), I had an extremely positive experience with Springer roofing! The owner, Steve delivered excellent service, always on time & had zero issues passing inspection.
People have to understand, there's no way a contractor can guess if you have rotted wood under your existing/old roof. Chances are, an old roof will have plenty of rotted wood & to replace it (and do a good job for a lasting roof) it requires time & materials. The owner is always responsible for that additional cost.... not the contractor !
Steve & the team at Springer roofing are NOT in the business of cheating people out of their money! Please do not pay attention to these reviewers & trust my review. I have a gorgeous roof & had an amazing experience working with the Springer roofing team. I've also recommended them to several friends & family with zero problems.

"PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWELEDGE"
Our roofing project is in the process but I wanted to comment on the hard-working team on our job. These guys are fast, respectful of the property and their cleanup each day is amazing. The 1st day we had an unexpected thunderstorm move through and they were soaked but didn't leave until the roof was protected. And yes the roof is looking great.
Couldnt find a better roofer for the job, their experienced professionals put my mind to ease when letting them into my home. They quickly fixed widespread water damage to my porch and living room. Will definitely hire again for all my future roof repairs.
Springer Roofing is awesome!!! I hired them to do a total tear off of shingles and the installation of new ones. The crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very professional,and when the job was finished they double and triple checked all of their work to make sure everything was good and I wouldn't have any issues in the future. You guys deserve 10 stars !!!
The team here at Springer Roofing are amazing. We used them last year for a leak in our roof, and they resolved the issue immediately. I think we have another leak so I just called today and the team can be here tomorrow. Amazing company, An overall great team and hard work that they put into every job. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Springer Roofing the entire team are very professional, knowledgeable, patient and explains things to you in detail and breaks down the job plans. This company did an extremely great job and allowed me to pick my roofing color. They were very quick about fulfilling my needs and I am rating them a 5 star because they deserve more like 100 for their great work.
I had this company install new insulation and shingle the entire roof, at my house. I can't express how happy I was with the product and cost they offered. I can honestly say Springer Roofing is a trustworthy company that gives you an excellent product. The owner is very knowledgeable and informative.
I had a great experience with this company. They came out to my home, checked out both the inside and outside damage. The crew made a pretty quick recommendation on how they were going to fix the problem. They gave me a great price for the repair. Even when they hit an additional snag with the severity of my roof damage the crew stayed on the original price and even performed the work a week earlier than planned. Springer Roofing really made these repairs stress-free.
