Excellent customer service. Very attentive to my unique situation. Steve ( I think is the owner ) was very honest and give me different option and ideas. Highly recommend.

I had my roof replaced over the summer and we are so happy with it!! Even my neighbor tells me over and over how my roofer is the bomb and how great the roof looks (his roofer took over a month to complete and it doesn't look as great as mine.)
My friend recommended Springer to me when I was in the process of trying to get people to just come to give an estimate, which was near impossible.  Springer came when they said they would unlike everyone else and I never felt like they were trying to rip me off.  The contractual charges were reasonable and when I got extra charges because I had an old roof with lots of wood damage, Mr.Springer was always available to talk through the charges and my concerns. His roofers were also great..they got the job done faster but not too fast than any of my other neighbors that I've watched over the past year since Irma hit. Mr.Springer has an excellent assistant, Elle who is nice and professional.
At the end of the day, I am just a simple homeowner without any drama who wanted a new roof for an affordable price without any hassles and I got it with Springer!!!!!

Painless, clean, detail oriented, fast (on time), responsible, serious, reliable, outstanding workers, supervisors, sales & office personnel. Couldn't be happier with their work. They matched my expectations and worked the YGrene process successfully. They had done my son's roof with the same positive results. Get them before they get overbooked.

I am very happy with the service that Springer Roofing provided. Everything was done and complied as they promised.  No problems at all. I was doing 3 other things at my house at the same moment I was having my roof done and I can say that the only company that didn't give me any issues at all was Springer. I'm very pleased with their service and the owner even replied to all my messages when I had questions. Strongly recommend and already recommended to my friends.

I did the research on Springer. Contrary to the very misleading reviews, I can attest to the Quality, reliability and finished product from Springer. I honestly believe that the negative reviews pertain to the "other Springer" as their are 2 separate companies, related owners, but 100% independently owned. Also, the common complaint I read was the "delay". I too was extremely anxious to have the job commence BUT I also took it upon myself to call the tile manufacturer (Boral Tile in my case) who revealed that they were 3-4 mos. delivery due to the surge in demand. You can't fault the roofer for delays in materials. As far as MY experience, it couldn't have met my expectations greater. Their crew was at my house at 7:30 a.m. for consecutive days without a break..They don't work on Saturdays which is both appreciated by my neighbors and a testament to their reverence for their workers. Also, before making a decision on a roofer, consider the people who built this company. The owner is a 3rd generation pro who prides himself on his responsibility to uphold the family name. I'm open to anyone who wants to reach out to me to see the finished product as well as the photos I took throughout the project and, more importantly, to validate that I am a satisfied (extremely picky and thorough) customer with some knowledge of the construction industry. The problem with these reviews is that people seem to find the time to write a damaging complaint while homeowners like me can attest to a completely descending experience. Just do the research and have realistic expectations and you diligence will be rewarded. Just my two cents. -Craig vT

Have used this company for several roofing projects. Recently used them to do my personal home and very happy with the outcome.

Very professional staff. Left the job site clean, which is hard to find. Workers worked very fast and efficient. Passed inspection without any problems.

Just want to let everyone know, that I had the best experience with this company. I have a flat roof, so I decided on the TPO. It's not cheap, but in the long run it pays off. You hardly hear the rain when storming. Springer offered the best deal. Steven was very professional and very detailed . He checked every time to make sure the job was going perfectly. A few times he corrected his crew on minor details. The roof came out sooo great, our neighbors hired them for their reroofing.

After 3 years I happened to come across this review of Springer Roofing and I was deeply saddened.  
I could not remember feeling that angry about the situation.  The intensity of my review left me ashamed of myself.  Not because the facts were untruthful ( they were) , but because I voiced them on Yelp in such detail.  

Now that the roof is paid for and my home has the nicest roof in the neighborhood.   I silently bow and say "Nameste" at least twice a week.  I am thankful that my investment is secure because of Springer Roofing.  

I leave the old review up as a reminder to myself that apologizing for one's mistake is Alwayz the right thing to do. 5 stars
